BIOGRAPHY

Native of Tucson. Age 60, married 23 years. Reside near Scottsdale Road and Lincoln since ‘93 with wife Linda, 6 Hook-Bill Parrots and Harry the rabbit. UA grad ‘69. BS in Public administration. 6 years with Army National Guard. 10 year marketing executive with the 120 year old Towle Manufacturing Company of Newburyport, Mass. Returned to Arizona and began a real estate career in ‘79 and incorporated the JBI Company in ‘83 specializing in small Shopping Center leasing & sales.

For 18 years I have focused on the Asset Management of shopping centers for private investors. “Asset Management” is defined as standing in the place of an owner with full authority to execute leases, legal documents, finance, remodel, etc.. In the 90’s I invested my money in commercial land which I developed for free-standing businesses located in Colorado Springs, CO; Arlington, TX; Mesa & Chandler, AZ.

I am skilled in all aspects of operating real estate and comfortable working with experts in all matters. I am experienced in disciplines such as: Engineering; Planning, Construction, Water & Sewer, Landscaping, Traffic, Street & Parking issues, Utilities, Environmental Issues; Fire & Safety Issues, Financing & Loan Documents, Partnership Agreements and all matters relating to Cash Flow and Budgeting.

I currently asset manage two projects in Mesa and own a small shopping center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I live and office in the City of Scottsdale.
